How does check-in work?+
We use self check-in with a key safe. You receive the code on the day of arrival by email and WhatsApp. Check-in is from 3:00 pm – earlier on request and depending on availability.
When do I have to check out?+
Check-out is by 10:00 am. You simply lock the door behind you – no in-person appointment needed.
Is there Wi-Fi?+
Yes, free high-speed Wi-Fi in all units – strong enough for streaming and video calls.
Are pets allowed?+
In the holiday apartments on request (with a cleaning surcharge). Unfortunately not in the boarding rooms.
Can I park on-site?+
We don't have private parking. There are several public car parks nearby (Geyerswörthstraße, Wilhelmsplatz). On request we can arrange a private parking space.
Is breakfast included?+
No, we don't offer breakfast. The boarding rooms have coffee/tea and dishes; the holiday apartments each have a fully equipped kitchen. Bakeries are two minutes on foot.
Is there a minimum stay?+
Usually 2 nights. Longer stays (from 7 nights) come with a discount – just ask.
How can I pay?+
Online by credit card, instant bank transfer or PayPal directly in the booking tool. On request also invoice with VAT – ideal for business travellers.
Can I cancel for free?+
For direct bookings via our website the stated cancellation policy applies (typically free of charge up to 14 days before arrival). The exact terms are shown in the booking tool before checkout.
Are the rooms accessible?+
The boarding rooms are on the ground floor and first floor; there is no lift. Guests with limited mobility are welcome – please contact us in advance so we can find the right unit.
